Regarding the noise, it's actually a very quiet drive when riding at full speed. I'm not sure you could include the direction of the wind in the GPX tracks data. I would have liked the get the direction of the wind, but most cycling apps aren't sophisticated enough to poll the local weather stations (in real time as the ride progresses). So any data will have to be obtained 'externally. It would be interesting to get some technical data, but the Yamaha is more or less closed-source.

Next time I’ll have to be more careful about small clues like this. And in Clip 1, which is part of the same master clip, the heading seems to jump the gun at 1:25 so I’d say the GPS data is slightly ahead of the video. So we know we’re not way off the plate, but the reaction is perhaps a little too immediate for it to be accurate. In Clip 2, at 1:22 - 1:23 the bike turns and so does the heading. More seriously, it’s difficult to get the GPS data and video synchronised, and the best tip I could give is to start the app and your video recording at the same time.
